STAY AWAY FROM FTD.COM


ABSOLUTELY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I placed my order on 1/30/2012 to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I paid $100 without using any coupons for flowers that were NEVER delivered! My order was CONFIRMED and FTD COMMITTED to deliver today but they did not! They never even bothered to send me any kind of communication that my order will not be delivered at all. But even if they did, this is a clear BREACH OF CONTRACT since they already CONFIRMED that my order will be delivered today and they CHARGED me for it!! FTD should have foreseen the volume of orders for Valentine's Day and should have been prepared! If they could not meet the delivery date, they should have informed the customer at the time of placing the order! But they did not! Since they are so GREEDY, they took the customer's money but did not deliver the product on time!

Contacting FTD's customer service was terrible and has been near impossible. I was put on hold for 45 minutes before I finally gave up!

My poor wife came home today crying thinking that I totally forgot her on this special day, which we have been celebrating for the past 7 years!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND I FILE A COMPLAINT FOR FTD'S FRAUDULENT ACTS!
